But that’s not why Savji Dholakia is making headlines this
week. It’s his sheer generosity.
An altruistic boss with his generosity who gave out expensive gifts
to his staff and has taken everyone by surprise in India.
Savjibhai Dholakia, 54, has rewarded at least 1,665 of his
hardworking employees with cars, apartments and money as a Diwali gift. Diwali,
also known as the festival of lights, is the biggest Hindu festival celebrated
in autumn every year.

Savji Dholakia has given 400 flats and 1,260 cars to his
employees ahead of Diwali as a reward for meeting company targets
The businessman, who owns Hare Krishna Exports in Surat, has
said: ‘Our aim is that each employee must have his own home and car in the next
five years. So we have decided to gift cars, homes and jewellery to employees.
He added that the rewards are to recognise the outstanding
performance and dedication shown by employees in the last five years.
