No fewer than seven people were killed, 26 others seriously injured as a bus collided with a Kamaz truck in Russia’s North Caucasus Republic of Dagestan on Tuesday night, TASS reported citing a law enforcement source. The accident occurred near the village of Talovka, as the bus was heading to the popular Russian resort town of Anapa.
"The bus was carrying 33 passengers at the time of the collision. Some 40 emergency workers have been called to the site to relieve the consequences of the crash," the source said.
13 equipment units are being involved in the efforts, Emergencies Ministry spokesman told the agency.
