RANGERS VOW TO BEAT SUNSHINE BY ALL MEANS

Rangers hope to regain the leadership of the league summit tomorrow, with an emphatic victory against Sunshine FC at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu. According to Rangers FC Media, the match Day 36 encounter is seen by Rangers fans, as a must-win game to help boost the chances of the club to win the league trophy after so many years. Rangers’ captain Okey Odita , Etim Mathew, Chibuzor Madu and Christian Madu said the players will not compromise on picking the three points at stake.

The players insist that winning this seasons league trophy is a must in order to show appreciation to the sports loving Governor of Enugu state, Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, who has spared nothing to ensure the players are well catered for. Recently, the Governor provided financial motivation, as well as moral and physical support to the team, even being present in their home matches, spurring them to home victories. Rangers are currently placed second on the log with 54 points from 33 matches, two points behind leaders, Rivers United and a point ahead of third placed, Ifeanyi Uba FC.
